When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.

Documents and Extracted Data

When you use the Service, you upload documents (PDFs, images) for data extraction. These documents and the resulting extracted data are stored to provide the Service and are retained while your account is active.

Usage Information

We collect usage data including extraction counts, feature usage, and subscription status to manage your account and enforce usage limits.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To extract data from your documents, we send them to third-party AI providers, which may include:

• Anthropic (Claude models)
• Google (Gemini models)
• OpenAI (GPT models)

These providers process your documents to generate extraction results. We use API-based access where provider terms typically state that API inputs are not used for model training. We encourage you to review each provider's data handling policies for their current practices.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Authentication is handled via secure JWT tokens
• Database access is protected with row-level security policies
• Uploaded documents are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls
• We implement rate limiting and CAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse

6. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and extraction results are retained while your account is active. Temporary files generated during processing are automatically cleaned up. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@letsbuild.fun. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your personal data and uploaded documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security (Turnstile CAPTCHA)
• Google OAuth — Social sign-in

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
