By accessing or using DocuExtract ("Service"), operated by Lets Build Fun, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocuExtract is an AI-powered document extraction tool that allows users to upload documents and extract structured data using large language models (LLMs). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to process
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Lets Build Fun, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents you upload and data you extract. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) to process your documents. Your documents may be sent to these providers for processing. We select providers that offer appropriate data handling practices, but we encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY EXTRACTION RESULTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS SHOULD BE REVIEWED AND VERIFIED BY THE USER.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETS BUILD FUN, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@letsbuild.fun. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
